Private servers usually die when the Admin runs out of money to pay the host, or when they take the donation money and vanish. SourceRO solves this by stripping the Admin of financial control.

1. The USDC Multi-Sig

Instead of PayPal donations going to a personal bank account, SourceRO uses a decentralized Multi-Signature Wallet (Gnosis Safe).

  • Players buy “Kafra Points” (for cosmetics and gym passes) using fiat or crypto via our web portal.
  • 100% of these funds are converted to USDC (a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar) and sent to the Treasury.
  • Funds cannot be moved unless a majority of the “Keyholders” (elected community members) sign the transaction.

2. The Glass Invoice

Every month, the server hosting bill (OVH/DDoS protection) is posted in the Discord #transparency channel. The Keyholders sign a transaction to withdraw exactly that amount to pay the bill.

If the Treasury has $600 and the bill is $100, the community knows the server is mathematically guaranteed to stay online for at least 6 months, even if no one ever buys a Kafra Point again.
